Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA) realted rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN) is a rare disease, and renal transplantation of this disease has not been reported in Korea. We here report a case of renal transplantation
showed
ANCA-related RPGN. The graft function was good without relapse of underlying disease. It was suggested that renal transplantaion may be one of good treatment in patient with chropic renal failure whose underlying disease is ANCA-related RPGN.
